On the 25th of May, 2024, Supreme Law International received a critical call. Our client from Gorakhpur had been summoned to appear before the CBI court in Bangalore, sitting in Delhi, on the 27th of May. With only a copy of the summons and some sketchy information, our team sprang into action to connect the dots between Gorakhpur, Delhi, and Bangalore.

Despite the holidays on 25th and 26th May, our team worked tirelessly. Frantic calls were made, and within hours, we had a clear plan. Local advocates were quickly finalized in Bangalore. Vakalatnamas and medical certificates were arranged, and applications for seeking exemption from personal appearance were ready.

On the 27th of May, we successfully appeared in court and secured a new hearing date for the 12th of June, when we will file the bail application for our client.
