Tragic Faridabad Suicide Case: Seeking Justice and Protection for My Client

In a deeply tragic incident in Faridabad, a family of seven attempted to end their lives by consuming poison and cutting their veins. One member of the family sadly passed away, while the others are now out of danger. The deceased head of the family left a suicide note naming over ten individuals who allegedly drove them to this desperate act.

According to media reports, the family had taken private loans amounting to Rs 40 crore from various people and faced immense pressure to repay. On May 25, 2024, some creditors allegedly visited the family's residence twice, threatening them with dire consequences and even kidnapping their guard. A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed, and an investigation is underway. The vehicle allegedly used in the crime has been found, and the police are actively seeking to arrest those named in the FIR and any others involved in this harrowing case.

Among those being implicated is my client, who had a legitimate business relationship with the family and is owed Rs 4 crore. Despite this, the police are attempting to implicate my client in this case. To prevent any unjust treatment and safeguard his rights, we are seeking anticipatory bail.

Justice must be served, but it is crucial that innocent individuals are not wrongfully targeted in this tragic situation. Our legal system must ensure a thorough and fair investigation.
