Gratitude for the Warm Welcome

Dear Respected neighbours of Aakirti Shantiniketan, Noida

I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredibly warm welcome I've received since becoming a part of our esteemed residential community. Your generosity and kindness have transformed what could have been a challenging relocation into a truly delightful experience.

A special thank you goes to Mrs. Sunita Nanda for her exceptional hospitality in organizing tea and snacks for the gathering of penthouse owners and the new candidates for the upcoming AoA election. The treat surpassed even the legendary standards set by the old Maharaja records and Air India, where Mrs. Nanda has previously worked.

Meeting Puneet, his son, an entrepreneur, and his daughter-in-law Aakansha, a senior corporate legal professional, added an extra layer of joy to the occasion. I also extend my deep gratitude to Nanda sir for generously allowing us to visit his home for real-user insights before finalizing our purchases. His contributions and associations with prestigious institutions such as SRC, Delhi, Oxford, and Harvard are truly inspiring. It is not out of place here to mention, that he belongs to the most respected and revered family on the India, that of former Prime Minister of India, Gulzarilal Nanda.

I feel indebted to each one of you for making this transition smoother and turning it into a delightful journey. Special mention must be made of R.P. Singh, whose commitment to serving the society and adherence to systematic processes are commendable. Meeting Arvind Seth and Dr. Mrs. Seth, masters in their respective fields of engineering and Hindi literature, was enlightening.

Sarvesh's perseverance in fighting elections and expertise in IT software, Bhupinder's dedication to implementing systems and democratic values at Amazon and now at ASN, and Bipin Sharma ji's excellence in finance and law, running his own NBFC, have all contributed to the richness of our community.

The evening also provided the opportunity to reconnect with old friends like Sachin Budhauliya, a distinguished journalist, and his family. Visiting his home and reminiscing about shared memories was a sweet experience.

I am eager to meet other common connections in the near future, such as Eng. R.M. Verma Ji, a senior from Allahabad University, Ajay Jha ji, noted journalist and a champion of cooperative movement in India, Chandan Dubey, from my alma mater, Naushad, and Prashant Pandey, noted brother advocates from Coveted L.G., Delhi Panel and Enforcement Directorate (ED), Panel.

Meeting Aakash, a noted professional from the share market and real estate, Ravinder, a noted scientist and an alumni of prestigious university like Deakin University, Australia, CA Sunil Gupta, a fintech professional, Himanshu Agarwal, a banker by profession and Jai Shrivastave, and many more, further assured me that I am in the right company of a galaxy of stars at ASN. Our diverse backgrounds and experiences collectively make our community a unique and vibrant place to live.

Let us not only cherish the connections we've made but also actively seek to know and connect with each and every member of our society. Together, we possess the power to create a harmonious and prosperous living environment. I pledge to stay connected through various means until I can call this place my permanent home.

In the spirit of cooperation and collaboration, let us work towards making our community a source of pride and a symbol of unity. May our joint endeavors contribute to the betterment of each individual, and ultimately, to the prosperity of our beloved nation, India.

I look forward to celebrating the upcoming elections as a joyous occasion, recognizing that in democracy, elections are a celebration of collective choices. Kudos to the new panel for extending gestures of camaraderie, and I hope this spirit is reciprocated by others as well.

Wishing all of you continued success and happiness as we embark on this journey together. My wife Dr. Mala Saini and my daughter, Ananya, and my son, Master Anant, join me in extending warm greetings to one and all in this society and, all the more, to all the support staff who truly make our life easy and comfortable. Believe me, what we are today is just because of the immense cooperation of all the support staff at ASN, be it Bipin, Radhya Shyam, or each one of the guards, cleaning staff, etc., rendering their duty with utmost sincerity and devotion.
