In multiple petitions today at Supreme Court historical judgment were passed in the interest of "We the People of India", from where the constitution of India starts.
Please note:
1. Supreme Court orders Central Govt to supply the oxygen to every hospital in Delhi till midnight of 3rd May 2021.
2. No Hospital will deny admission of any patient on issue of residence / citizenship
3. Supreme Court will take action against all Governments who will try or register case/FIR on social media posts related to covid situation.
Supreme Court also says that the manner in which the Centre’s current Vaccine policy has been framed would prima facie result in a detriment to the right to public health which is an integral element of Article 21 of the Constitution.
PMO has been requested to give Frontline status to Journalists asap.
